A Zoe Saldaña red-carpet ensemble is always a sight to see.
The Emilia Pérez star and recent Harper’s Bazaar cover star arrived at the 2025 Met Gala in a look that challenged what it means to suit up. The piece was composed of a black ribbed corset bodice that looked like it was sculpted onto her body, plus pretty white ribbed sleeves and a matching floor-length skirt.
The bodice was fastened with white buttons down the center and featured a sharp dress-shirt collar entirely covered in sequins—a perfect cherry on top. The buttons of the bodice ran all the way down the skirt, as well as down the sides of the sleeves.
The actor wore the look with dangly silver earrings, a diamond ring, and a rouge manicure.
She was not accompanied by husband Marco Perego-Saldaña this time around, or by the pair’s three adorable little sons, who have proved they can pull off a red-carpet moment.
Saldaña flaunted quite a style streak as she promoted Emilia Pérez late last year and into this year’s awards season. At the 2025 Oscars, she looked so glamorous in a strapless maroon dress with a see-through bodice dotted with white crystals. The rest of the custom Saint Laurent piece was made up of silky layers that went all the way down to the carpet, and she paired it with transparent black opera gloves.
She was just as striking at the 2025 Golden Globes, to which she wore a fabulous sequined chocolate-brown gown courtesy of Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello. Saldaña paired it elegantly with a crisp cloak in a warmer shade of brown, which she draped over her arms, and which went perfectly with her platform peep-toe sandals.
