Melissa Ordway (Abby) has been busy since her status changed on The Young and the Restless. Last fall, the actress revealed she was no longer on contract, which is why Abby has been off the canvas.
However, she’s been living her best life in Nashville with her husband Justin Gaston and her daughters, Olivia and Sophie. It was a family affair in Ohio, where the entire Gaston/Ordway clan worked on a project together that led to a new family member.

Taking to Instagram, the Y&R alum shared a video gushing over the cast and crew she worked with in Ohio. Ordway revealed her family was headed back to Nashville and that her heart was full because they had a new puppy, Levi, coming home with them.
“Meet our new family member — Levi Gaston! I’m proud to report he was perfect on our drive home to Nashville, and he already fits right in. We are completely in love. 🐾💛 #puppy #puppylove🐶 #family #bts #momlife #cavapoo #sugarcreek,” read her caption on the social media share.

Ordway also shared another Instagram post filled with a carousel of photos of her new family member. Levi the Cavapoo was snuggled up with Ordway and her girls in a couple of photos.
In another picture, Gaston was carrying the dog adorably in a bag with Levi’s little head sticking out. One image even featured Levi with the rest of Ordway and Gaston’s other furry family members.
The Young and the Restless airs weekdays on CBS.
