Minor spoilers below.
The main cast of The Studio, Apple TV+’s new satirical comedy about the the film business, is already impressive enough on its own: You have Seth Rogen starring as Matt Remick, the freshly-promoted president of Continental Studios (as well as directing, writing, and producing the series); Catherine O’Hara as revered veteran producer Patty; Ike Barinholtz as Matt’s right-hand colleague Sal; Kathryn Hahn as the brazen marketing lead Maya; and buzzy up-and-comer Chase Sui Wonders as creative executive Quinn.
But, because this is a show about Hollywood, the stars do not end there. Each episode of the series features a handful of A-list cameos—whether it’s Martin Scorsese, Olivia Wilde, or Quinta Brunson—to make this on-screen version of Tinseltown feel as convincing as possible. (When Apple revealed the official list of guest stars to the press ahead of the series premiere, the list was over 50 names long.) And if that doesn’t feel realistic enough, The Studio also tackles very relevant challenges the industry is facing right now: like racing to make the next billion-dollar film á la Barbie, or trying to make money without compromising artistry.
As Matt stumbles into his new role as studio head—which involves giving notes to intimidating directors or trying to please talent left and right—he encounters many famous faces along the way. We’ve rounded them up all below so all you have to do is press play and enjoy the show. Check back after each episode for new additions to the list.
