Ezra Miller is making their rounds in Italy.
The 32-year-old actor, who first stepped out at this year’s Filming Italy Sardegna Festival on Thursday, June 19, made a few additional appearances throughout the weekend with Milla-Alexia Gojkovic by their side. The two first walked the event’s carpet together on the island of Sardinia on Thursday, before being photographed holding hands while in attendance on both Saturday and Sunday.
On Sunday, Gojkovic and Miller smiled for photographers. Gojkovic is an event coordinator based in London, according to their LinkedIn profile, and also runs an Instagram account where they share their photography.

Miller’s latest appearances come a couple of years after the actor made headlines for multiple public scandals and stepped away from the spotlight. They also made an appearance at Cannes Film Festival in May, in what they described as a favor to director Lynne Ramsay.
While speaking with Italian outlet Lo Speciale Giornale on Thursday, Miller was asked about their current relationship with cinema. “Tentative, I’d say. On tentative grounds,” The Flash star said.
“I came to Cannes to support one of my closest friends in the world, who is Lynne Ramsay, who I think is one of the greatest living filmmakers,” Miller said of Ramsay, whose film Die My Love premiered at Cannes this year.
The pair first worked together on 2011’s We Need to Talk About Kevin, and the director previously revealed that they were collaborating once again. “That will likely be the first thing I do, is a film that her and I are writing together,” Miller told Lo Speciale Giornale.
“I’ve been writing a lot,” Miller added, “because you can do that in solitude, which has been friendly to me.”

Elsewhere during their discussion with the Italian outlet, Miller said they hold “remorse” for many of their previous actions.
“When you work in this industry, you will find yourself in deep, deep relation with a lot of people who do not give a single f— about you or your well-being at all,” the actor said. “Not that I don’t hold a lot of remorse and lamentation for a lot of things that I did, and for a lot of things that happened in that time, but I’m really, really grateful for the lessons that came with that.”
The actor was the subject of multiple controversies around the release of their last film, 2023’s The Flash, as they faced a series of arrests in 2022, including on disorderly conduct and assault charges. Miller pled no contest to a disorderly conduct charge in Hawaii over incidents at a karaoke bar, before being arrested and charged with second-degree assault after allegedly throwing a chair in a separate incident.
They were later charged with burglarizing a home in Vermont, independently, they were also accused by the parents of an 18-year-old of grooming their child in a complaint. The grooming allegation was withdrawn. Separately, Miller pleaded not guilty to the burglary and entered a guilty plea to lesser misdemeanor charges. A second parent accused Miller of grooming their child, a 12-year-old, and a temporary harassment order was issued, but the order was lifted and no charges were filed.
Miller addressed their behavior in a statement to PEOPLE in 2022.
“Having recently gone through a time of intense crisis, I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment,” the actor said. “I want to apologize to everyone that I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior. I am committed to doing the necessary work to get back to a healthy, safe and productive stage in my life.”
