Kaia Gerber definitely takes style tips from her mom Cindy Crawford.
The mother-daughter duo spoke to Vogue ahead of the Gerber-Crawford family’s partnership with Vuori for the clothing brand’s spring 2025 campaign.
The 23-year-old model revealed that as she gets older, she finds more inspiration from her mom’s fashion.
“I’m probably more inspired by you, than you are by me,” she told her mom during the joint interview. “Her style has been pretty dialed in for a while.”
“The nice thing about like looking quite similar to a parent is if I want to know if a hair or makeup look will look good on me, I will look up pictures of my mom — because if it looks good on her, most of the time, I can pull it off as well,” Kaia said.

“I trust Kaia’s opinion, but I also don’t wanna be one of those moms that tries too hard,” Cindy, 59, told Vogue. “I would never want to compete with my 23-year-old daughter.”
“Nothing makes me happier. If she wants to wear something that I wore 30 years ago,” Cindy noted. “What bigger compliment is that?”
But Cindy confessed she doesn’t have as many pieces as she would have liked to share with Kaia. “There’s a lot more things that I should have saved,” she said, explaining that she “got rid of a lot of stuff.”

Ahead of their Vogue conversation, they worked with Cindy’s husband, Rande Gerber, and Kaia’s big brother, Presley Gerber, on the Vuori collaboration, showcasing the brand’s “everyday style.”

“Vuori just fits into my life,” Presley, 25, added, and noted that he’ll throw on the “clean-lined, comfortable” clothes whether he’s “surfing, hanging with friends, or traveling.”
“It’s not about trying too hard — it just feels good no matter what kind of day you’re having,” he said.

After the campaign went live, Cindy posted Instagram Stories of behind-the-scenes photos of Kaia, Presley and Rande, 63, at the shoot. She included two photos of both her husband and son climbing up separate palm trees.
The supermodel also added a photo of her lookalike daughter smiling widely for the camera while the whole family is on a boat for the photoshoot.
