Wednesday Addams is back in action.
Executive producer Tim Burton has created a gothic world that follows the titular, deadpan chatacter as she solves murder mysteries at her supernatural private school, Nevermore Academy. Season one portrayed Wednesday’s journey to solve the mystery of a deadly Hyde monster, while season two follows a new mystery about Wednesday’s foreboding psychic visions. The first four episodes of season two, released August 6, brought back many of the beloved characters from season one, and featured a host of fresh faces as well.
Christopher Lloyd, a.k.a the original Uncle Fester from The Addams Family, unexpectedly joined the cast in a completely original role. Beloved actors Steve Buscemi, Thandiwe Newton, Joanna Lumley, and Billie Piper also joined the cast as new oddball characters.
