Tom Holland is ready for a brand-new day onscreen — with some fresh attire!
The actor, 29, shared an Instagram post on Saturday, Aug. 2, offering a first look at Spider-Man: Brand New Day, which swings into theaters next year.
In the seconds-long clip, Holland shows off a new Spider-Man costume. Walking up to the camera before him, he looks offscreen, asking, “Are you ready?”
Holland then directs his attention back to the camera, flashes a smile and runs off, before a title card for the movie appears.

The fourth movie in the superhero film series produced by Marvel and Sony will star Holland as Spider-Man and Zendaya as MJ Jones-Watson. It follows the game-changing events of 2021’s No Way Home.
Joining the franchise in the latest installment are Sadie Sink and Liza Colón-Zayas.

Holland first confirmed that his next Spider-Man movie was underway while speaking to Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show in October 2024.
Since then, the British actor — normally known for letting spoilers slip — has kept details about the movie under wraps.
Destin Daniel Cretton, boarding the franchise as director, teased Brand New Day at CinemaCon 2025 in April as part of Sony’s presentation. “I’m spending my time exploring the next stage of this amazing character with a team of the most incredible artists in the world,” the filmmaker hinted.
“We’re all just daily nerding out over the suit, how to swing, how to create an event, an emotional story, and a ride that we haven’t really seen before,” he added.
Holland and Zendaya, who got engaged in January, have director Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey, among their upcoming projects. It also stars Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, Lupita Nyong’o, Robert Pattinson and more.
Zendaya is also set to reprise her Emmy-winning role on HBO’s Euphoria, and she has recently been spotted filming the upcoming movie The Drama with Pattinson.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is in theaters on July 31, 2026.
