Kissinger posed next to his wife, wearing a white button-down and gray slacks. The couple also included an adorable photo of their daughter Josephine “Josie,” 2, and son Conrad, 19 months, eating cupcakes together.

“Baby Kissinger #3 is on HIS way! 💙,” Ballatori wrote in her post. “Between mine and Colby’s families (ourselves included) there will be 5 new babies between Feb-April 2025! Such a sweet season of growth and life! God is good.”

When the duo, who decided to get married in the season 1 finale of Netflix’s The Ultimatum, walked onto the season one reunion stage together, Ballatori was visibly sporting a baby bump. She then revealed she was seven months pregnant and expecting a baby girl.

“I’m loving every second,” Ballatori said.

Kissinger also raved about how his wife was managing her pregnancy, saying she’s “handling it like a pro.”

“I’m blown away, actually, by how she’s handled it,” he said. “My sister recently had a baby just last year. So we got [the] full experience of the whole, how it works process of the pregnancy. And she, like, has no problems. No aches. No nothing. She is just like an absolute champ about it.”
