As the designer dressed the latest batch of It girls in its creations for Paris Fashion Week, Ryan Destiny stood out among the slew of celebrities in a sculptural corset gown that put her stilettos on her boobs.

Posing alongside stylist Law Roach on Monday, July 7, the Grown-ish actress turned heads with every angle of her blush pink dress. True to form, Schiaparelli’s signature surrealism came into play with the midi-length gown, while still playing into the dress’s classic Old Hollywood glamour. The form-fitting strapless dress featured a structured corseted bodice with visible boning that went all the way down to her hemline, as well as two matching baby pink silk stilettos that stuck out heel-first from the bra cups.
