Teddi Mellencamp isn’t shying away from celebrating with her friends amid her ongoing cancer battle.
The former reality star, 43, joined her former co-stars at the engagement party of Kyle Richards‘ daughter, Alexia Umansky over the weekend where she rocked a silver metallic gown and a black fur jacket.
In a group photo, she joined Richards, Umansky and her former ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ cast mates Lisa Rinna, and Dorit Kemsley.

Richards and Mellencamp were also captured on an Instagram story taken by a fellow party goer where the two friends ditched their heels and danced in comfy slides.
However, while she seemed to be all smiles at the event, Mellencamp shared in a following post that she was tired from the weekend’s festivities.

“After a busy weekend that immunotherapy exhaustion has kicked in,” she said. “What should I watch? NO COMEDIES please and thanks in advance.
The former reality star and now podcast host, was diagnosed with melanoma in 2022 and revealed she had multiple tumors on her brain in February, and has been candid about the ups and downs of her cancer treatment since.
Recently, the mom of four, explained on Instagram as to why she doesn’t shave her whole head
“During radiation I lost big patches of hair; those spots aren’t growing hair yet,” she said. “This is what it looks like when the other hair grows out. So I shave these parts that grow every couple of weeks. I can’t do it every day.”
