Ed Sheeran has been slowly unloading a series of old photos found on his former phone recently via the Instagram account Teddy’s Old Phone, and Taylor Swift fans are eating well as the British musician has unveiled several snapshots involving his three-time collaborator.
In one photo recently uploaded to the Instagram account, Sheeran showed off a homemade gift the “Innocent” songstress once gave him, which featured a play on the statement disgraced rapped Kanye West made when he interrupted her acceptance speech during the VMA’s when she was just 19 years old—thereby kicking off a years-long feud.
“Yo Ed—I’m really happy 4 you and I’m gonna let u finish but this is the best JAM OF ALL TIME,” she wrote on the label affixed to the jar, signing it off as “—T.”
“it was pretty good jam,” Sheeran captioned a close-up photo of the glass jar on the social media site, and fans were rolling over the level of “shade” emanating off of the then-24-year-old—if the delectable treat was gifted to the “Photograph” singer during his time her Red Tour in 2013, which we suspect it was based on the timing of other photographs he’s shared recently.
“omg ICONIC,” one fan replied, as another exclaimed, “SHES GOT JOKES 😆.”
“Taylor is sooo funny for this!! 😂😂,” someone else declared.
“SHE THREW THE BEST SHADE,” another fan wrote emphatically, with someone else calling out the reference to the infamous altercation with the rapper and adding, “HELP TAYLOR.”
“Icons only here 😂😂,” some other Swiftie replied.
