Taylor Swift fans were left in awe after hearing the latest landmark news related to the singer’s most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department.
The official Taylor Nation social media invited fans to gather for a TTPD listening party on May 9 in order to mark the one-year anniversary of the album debuting on the Eras Tour stage.

The caption read, “One year ago tomorrow, #TSTTPD made its way out of the asylum and on to the #TSTheErasTour stage. Tomorrow at 2pm ET walk down this road again with us on the Swifties channel @stationhead 🤍.”

Swifties shared their excitement in the replies, with enthusiastic notes like, “ONE YEAR TOMORROW SINCE THE MOST INSANE MAGICAL PERFECT CHAOS OF PARIS ERAS WEEKEND 🤍😭,” “I CAN’T BELIEVE IT,” and “OH MY GOD.”
Others noted that they were initially scared upon seeing the post, hoping it was an announcement about something else. “You scared me!! i thought it would be added to the movie or smthn,” wrote one such fan.
