After surprising fans by revealing that she underwent another surgery on her knee, actress Sofía Vergara shared an update on how her post-surgery recovery is going.
The Modern Family star shared a number of new photos on social media after leaving the hospital, with Vergara surrounded by loved ones and in good spirits.

On July 26, Vergara posted a couple of photos with close friends that she called “my favorite nurses ❤️❤️❤️” in the caption, translated from Spanish. Vergara’s dog also made an appearance in the photos.

Not long after, Vergara shared more pictures, captioning them, “More post op love❤️.” The snaps featured the same two women from the previous post, as well as many more friends. Everyone lounged around a pool together, with Vergara looking stunning in a blue floral-print dress. She also showed off some sweets that her friends seemed to gift her after the surgery.

The next day, Vergara shared another update, making it clear that her recovery is going well as she relaxed by what looked to be the same pool in an orange dress. The 53-year-old hasn’t shared any details about why she had to have another surgery on her knee.
