Seth Rogen wants a do-over on a past game show appearance.

The actor, 43, caught up with PEOPLE at the Platonic season 2 premiere at the Hammer Museum in Los Angeles on Wednesday, July 30.

Asked about the Jeopardy nod included in one of the new season’s episodes, Rogen revealed he would like to appear on a game show. In fact, he has his eye on returning to a show he’s previously competed on.

“I was on the Family Feud once when I was young with the cast of Freaks and Geeks, and I blew it in the Fast Money,” he reveals.

The 2000 episode saw Rogen and costars Linda Cardellini, Busy Philipps, James Franco and  Jason Segel. They faced off against the cast of Popular — Carly Pope, Bryce Johnson, Ron Lester, Adria Dawn and Hank Harris.

The actor hopes he can one day return and “try to reclaim some glory” after his previous defeat. While that’s a time Rogen does hope to revisit, he told PEOPLE in 2023 that he doesn’t see any kind of return for Freaks and Geeks amid the ’90s nostalgia wave.

Rogen played the role of Ken Miller in the short-lived series, which helped launch his career and has since become a cult hit over the years.

“I don’t think anyone would do it,” Rogen said at the time.

“It’s so rare that you do something in your career that is actually just viewed as good. I know enough now not to f— with that, to just let it be good and not try to go revisit it. And just let it exist.”
