Rihanna was the last to arrive at the Met Gala with big news: She is expecting her third child. But despite her late start at the event, her night was only just beginning. Rihanna went on to attend her partner A$AP Rocky’s after-party at Jean’s in a black crop top and matching maxi skirt. The torso-baring look is just another glimpse of her unique maternity style.
Before posing for photos, Rihanna spoke to Entertainment Tonight on the Met Gala red carpet about her baby news. “I’m good,” she said when asked how she was doing. “I’m shockingly feeling okay and not too overwhelmed at the moment. I mean at first it was kind of like, ‘Ahhh.’”
She confirmed that her ninth album remains in the works. The pregnancy won’t delay the music, she said, just “maybe a couple videos. But I can sing!”

Rocky also spoke about how happy he and Rihanna were to finally announce the news during the fashion event. “It feels amazing, you know,” Rocky told the Associated Press on the red carpet. “It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up. And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ’cause we definitely happy, you know.”
He also offered a sweet quote to Variety when the outlet brought up that he recently mentioned Rihanna steals his clothes. The reporter asked what Rocky would steal back, and he answered, “I already stole her heart, so I think I got enough, you know what I’m saying?”
