Night Court captured audiences through the ’80s with slapstick comedy and slow-burn romances — many of which were left unresolved when the show concluded in 1992.
The 2023 NBC revival series answered some of those lingering questions, including that Dan Fielding (John Larroquette) never married Christine Sullivan (Markie Post). It also introduced fans to a whole new set of characters with complicated love lives.
Night Court stars Melissa Rauch as the late Harry Stone’s (Harry Anderson) daughter Abby Stone, who takes over her father’s old job as magistrate for Manhattan Criminal Court’s night shift.
Though Judge Stone has had her share of romantic ups and downs, Rauch and her costars’ real-life relationships are far less dramatic.
Here’s everything to know about the real-life loves of the Night Court cast.

The actor told Broadway.com in 2011 that they met while being cast in the same play and credits her “enormous amount of patience” for the success of their decades-long marriage.
“We met in 1974 in a play called Enter Laughing, which is a good philosophy for life,” Larroquette said. “I got an agent from that play, and a wife, and she’s been willing to put up with me for 35 years.”
The couple raised three children together.

“I met my husband outside of the campfire,” Malick said. “He put his sleeping bag out near a rock somewhere. When I went out to pee late one night, I thought he was a rock and I ended up waking him up.”
The Hot in Cleveland star continued, “He was unlike any man I had ever met before or to this day … He’s a very thoughtful, quiet and contemplative human being. The shorthand when I describe our marriage is he makes me think and I make him laugh. And it works for us.”
In 2023, Malick told The Hollywood Reporter that she and her husband have lived on 50 acres of land in Topanga Canyon, Calif., since 1993.
