If there’s any truth to the feud rumors with Aimee Lou Wood, Walton Goggins is not ready to talk about it.
The actor, who starred alongside Wood, 31, in The White Lotus season 3, dodged a question about the supposed feud in an interview with The Times, as he said when asked about their unfollowing each other on Instagram, which fanned the rumors’ flames: “I’m not gonna have that conversation.”
Two of his publicists also shut down the topic. “We’re not going there, thank you,” one said, while the other insisted, “Next question.”

When the journalist once again tried to broach the subject given Goggins is set to host Saturday Night Live on May 10, weeks after Wood slammed a White Lotus sketch as “mean and unfunny” for its portrayal of her, the actor once again shut him down.
“There is no conversation to be had about that. Sharing politics on social media — it’s in a vacuum,” Goggins said.

After one last attempt was made to ask about Wood, Goggins said, “What the f—?” and then, “Come on, buddy. Wow.”
One of his publicists then told the journalist, “We’re going to end it there,” and the interview concluded.

Goggins and Wood played star-crossed lovers Rick and Chelsea in the third season of Mike White’s hit HBO series, and fans were left wondering about their real-life dynamic when they noticed that the actors no longer followed each other on Instagram following the April 6 finale.

Even more confusion resulted from CNN correspondent Elizabeth Wagmeister claiming “off the record” on The Viall Files that the pair will be doing “something professionally…in the coming weeks together.”
“So if there really is a feud, this has not stopped them,” she said. “It’s not like they can’t be in the same room, is my point. Because I feel that there is something on the books.”
She noted that she has “no idea if there’s really a feud or not” between Goggins and Wood, but she’d recently been “told that they are going to be doing something for work in the next few weeks” together.
