The Fantastic Four franchise is getting a new cast of superheroes!
The Marvel film is the fourth adaptation of the Fantastic Four comic after the original 2005 and 2007 films and the later 2015 movie. The Fantastic Four: First Steps stars Pedro Pascal as the leader of the Fantastic Four, Reed Richards, a.k.a. Mister Fantastic, and Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, a.k.a. Invisible Woman.
The rest of the group is rounded out by Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm, a.k.a. the Thing, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, a.k.a. the Human Torch.
In addition to the core Fantastic Four, the film also features Julia Garner as Shalla-Bal, a version of Silver Surfer, Paul Walter Hauser as Harvey Elder a.k.a. Mole Man and Ralph Ineson as Galactus. Natasha Lyonne also acts in the movie, but she has not shared her specific role.
As the group of actors is officially joining the Marvel universe, several of them have been supported by significant others throughout the journey. Off-screen, Kirby is in a relationship with Paul Rabil, and she revealed that they are expecting their first child in May 2025. Meanwhile, Pascal has kept much of his personal life private and not dated in the public eye.
