Calah Jackson’s ongoing drama with on-again, off-again beau Steven McBee Jr.’s family just got a whole lot worse.
In PEOPLE’s exclusive look at an upcoming episode of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, airing Monday, July 28, Calah is confronted by Steven’s brother Cole McBee while the family take a trip to the Ozarks.
Cole points out how Steven “has not had it easy” and had to “deal with things at a younger age that he never should have dealt with,” leading his brother’s now-ex girlfriend Calah to say she has gone through challenges as well.
But when Calah notes how she “didn’t get a condo and a house out of it,” citing the McBee brothers’ privileged upbringing, this set off Cole.
“No, you did! You moved to Dallas with a free apartment, and you’re moving back to Dallas with my mom paying for your apartment with everything,” Cole says. “So don’t talk like that, please.”
“If you knew what you were talking about, you wouldn’t be saying that right now,” says Calah.

Cole, however, feels that if Calah “knew what [she] was talking about,” she would be “loving” Steven instead of being “sent back to f—— Dallas where you f—— belong.”
“The fact that you try to take away from Steven and the fact that you talk s— about him all the time pisses me the f— off,” Cole continues, heated. “He is a bad mother f—–. He deals with so much f—— s—, and you wouldn’t be nowhere without him. You wouldn’t be anywhere in your f—— life.”
This insult leads Steven and Cole’s brother Jesse McBee to step in, attempting to calm Cole down. But Cole continues his rant, adding, “So don’t talk s— on my brother one more mother f—— time. It makes me so freaking mad, because this is our whole life.”
After Cole storms off alone, Calah questions, “What did I say to make him explode like that? What did I say?”
“You will never appreciate what your woman does for you because you’ve had it done for you your whole life,” says Calah as Steven responds, “I ain’t gonna f—— stick up for you.”
“You want to play it like that? Really? Really?” Calah adds.
Later, in a confessional, Calah points out how she’s “continuously been put in these situations where it’s me against everyone else, and I haven’t done anything wrong.”

Calah has long had a rocky relationship with Steven Jr.’s family. She was even previously accused of calling his loved ones “hillbilly f—s.”
At this time, the pair is no longer together and have “been broken up since the end of season 2,” Steven Jr. tells PEOPLE.
“We’ve been broken up. You’ll get to see how our relationship plays out in season 2,” he continues. “Everything you see on season 2 is exactly the conversations that we were having on camera. There was nothing hidden.”
