As DWTS fans rallied to support Savchenko in the wake of his recent revelation that he’d been cut, he suggested that he would be game to lead a season of another iconic ABC series. Could Savchenko become the next lead for The Bachelor?
The idea of Savchenko being The Bachelor popped up in the comment section of a recent TikTok video he posted. The video has received a lot of attention because he revealed he was cut from Dancing with the Stars.

The video Savchenko shared in his TikTok post suggested that someone told “lies” about him and those lies caused his dismissal from the show.
In the comment section, Savchenko responded to a fan who expressed their excitement over watching him on Season 34 of Dancing with the Stars. He replied, “Afraid you won’t.”
His response prompted a flurry of follow-up comments from worried fans. He added in other replies that it was “Not my fault,” and that he had been loyal to the show for 14 seasons just to be cut.
ABC has not yet shared any formal Season 34 announcements regarding the professionals competing. However, Dancing with the Stars insider Kristyn Burtt shared on her TikTok page that she had confirmed the network’s decision to drop Savchenko ahead of Season 34.
Gleb Savchenko’s Fans Love the Idea of Seeing Him As ‘The Bachelor’
It did not take long for some of Savchenko’s fans to brainstorm other potential opportunities for him.

Other Dancing with the Stars fans quickly expressed their enthusiasm for the idea.

Dancing with the Stars fans couldn’t resist bantering about the idea of Savchenko doing The Bachelor in the show’s subreddit.
“You know what, they should do it. Do it for the drama. Do it for the views. Gleb likes that sort of stuff too,” one Reddit user suggested.
“Gleb goes on the Bachelor and then gets back on DWTS as a celeb lol,” another Redditor joked.
“Okay I’ve never watched the bachelor but I think this is a hilarious idea and it would get me to watch,” added someone else.
Savchenko is currently single, after dating his Season 33 Dancing with the Stars partner, Brooks Nader.
He was previously married to dancer Elena Samodanova, with whom he has two daughters. Savchenko then dated Swedish model Elena Belle for several years after his divorce.
