Amidst all of their philanthropic work and taping podcasts and filming episodes of their show, Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan Markle do find time to have a little fun.
On May 10, they took in the Beyonce concert at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles, and then on May 13, they popped up the coast to see legendary singer/songwriter and guitarist James Taylor at the Santa Barbara Bowl.

“In my concert era ❤️🎶 Thanks James!,” wrote Duchess Meghan on Instagram on a series of photos of herself, Prince Harry, Taylor, and Taylor’s son, Henry, who has been touring with his father as a backing vocalist since 2021.
In the photos, Taylor can be seen autographing some memorabilia for Duchess Meghan, and they all posed together for some group shots, plus Duchess Meghan posted a photo from the concert itself, which looked like it was held on a beautiful, clear night in Santa Barbara.
Taylor has four children — Sally, 51, and Ben, 48, from his marriage to singer Carly Simon, and twin sons Rufus and Henry, 24, with his current wife, Carolina “Kim” Smedvig, who is the director of public relations and marketing for the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
As for Duchess Meghan and Prince Harry, they are struggling to stay positive amidst their rift with the British royal family. The Duke of Sussex told the BBC in a recent interview that he doesn’t “see a world in which I would bring my wife and children back to the UK at this point” because of the lack of security his family would receive.
But he said he is tired of fighting because he doesn’t know how much longer his father has.
“I would love reconciliation with my family. There’s no point continuing to fight anymore, life is precious…I love my country, I always have done, despite what some people in that country have done…and I think that it’s really quite sad that I won’t be able to show my children my homeland,” Prince Harry said in the interview.
