Justin Bieber might just light up the tech space with his new product idea — if he gets the OK from his wife, Hailey Bieber.
The Grammy winner, 31, has been sharing content around his new fashion brand SKYLRK, which GQ points out has been in the works since as early as 2023. Details remain unknown about the star’s new venture, but so far, he’s teased neon clothing, chunky sandals and a phone case for joints.
That’s right, the “Peaches” singer revealed on Tuesday, May 13, that he’s been mocking up a product made to hold a single joint for on-the-go cravings. His inspiration? Hailey’s brand, Rhode.
Back in February 2024, Rhode launched the Lip Case, a $38 silicone iPhone case with a slot on the back to hold the brand’s famous Peptide Lip products, including the tubular tint and treatment. The product quickly took over the internet and has become one of the company’s most famous launches since Rhode’s debut in June 2023.
Justin gave his wife kudos for creating the case, which inspired him to create his own version. But, “turns out she has this tech patented so if I want to make this case I’ll have to pay her a fee,” he wrote on Instagram, adding, “If she even approves me to make this lmfao.” To that, Hailey, 28, responded: “I’ll think about it!”

In another post, Justin shared photos of his prototype, which is similar to the Rhode phone cases except that it has a long insert down the side for a joint.
“Workin on the moldingggggggggggggg please approve this idea @haileybieber lmfao,” he wrote.
In his third Instagram carousel posted on Tuesday, Justin shared behind-the-scenes images teasing some of SKYLRK’s clothing and shoes. His caption read: “Website product shots for ur headtop. Let me know if showing u the process is fun? Either way I’m gonna keep doin it cuz I’m enjoying it.”
Hailey has also been designing clothing for SKYLRK. In April, she revealed on her Instagram Stories that she’d been creating her “favorite jacket of all time” with a photo of herself posing in a leather bomber jacket.

In recent months, Justin has been open about his smoking. On May 4, he posted a photo of himself standing next to a bong amid ongoing speculation about his mental health following a number vulnerable social media posts and his emotional plea to the paparazzi to stop photographing his every move. Prior to that, he was spotted smoking what looked like marijuana next to his 15-year-old brother at Coachella in a fan-captured video.
Shortly after the festival, a source close to the couple, who tied the knot in 2018, said that the pair is trying to tune out the noise.
“Justin is having fun, vibing out and yes, he smokes weed like everyone else. But everything he does is being weaponized against him,” the source said.
