Jennifer Lawrence and Cooke Maroney look so in love in Cannes.
The couple made a rare red-carpet appearance together on Saturday for the premiere of the actor’s newest film, Die My Love, at the 78th annual Cannes Film Festival.
Lawrence was so sophisticated in a silky black off-the-shoulder dress from Dior’s Fall 2024 couture collection. She accessorized the look with strappy black sandals and sculptural diamond earrings. She also posed on the carpet with costar Robert Pattinson, who was dapper in a classic black tuxedo and bow tie.
After she was finished posing with Pattinson, Lawrence found her husband in the starry crowd. He was elegant in a black tux. The two embraced and shared some laughs. And at one point, Lawrence wrapped her arms around the art gallery director’s neck and smiled widely before leaning in to kiss him.
Lawrence and Maroney married in October 19, 2019 in Rhode Island. They welcomed son Cy in February 2022, and Lawrence gave birth to their second child earlier this year.
Despite Lawrence’s booming Hollywood career, she and Maroney keep their personal lives out of the spotlight, and so very little is known about their relationship and family life. Still, the actor has gushed about her beau once or twice in interviews.
“It’s just—this is the one. I know that sounds really stupid but he’s just, he’s—you know. He’s the greatest person I’ve ever met, so I feel very honored to become a Maroney,” Lawrence said on Catt Sadler’s podcast Naked with Catt Sadler in 2019.
