Heidi Klum takes her title as the queen of Halloween seriously, and she teased that fans can expect her costume to be “extra ugly” for the upcoming holiday.
While appearing on the Wednesday, August 6, episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Klum, 52, confirmed she will “of course” be going all out when putting together a costume for her annual Halloween bash.
“I’m hard at work already,” she said, adding that she started planning the look “months ago.”
While Klum made sure not to reveal what her costume is, she did tease that the ensemble will be “extra ugly” and “super scary.”
She also wouldn’t reveal if it will be a couple’s costume with her husband, Tom Kaulitz, though Klum insisted fans won’t have to wait long to see the final product because the party is only “86 days” away.
“Hopefully you come on before then just so you can give us a little hint or come on after and show us,” host Jimmy Fallon told the supermodel, and she promised to “give [him] another hint later.”

After the interview was uploaded on YouTube, several fans praised Klum for embracing her love of the holiday. “I love that Heidi Klum lets her inner child out for Halloween,” one person commented, while another chimed in, “[She] knows the days to Halloween to the [exact] number.”
Klum always gets fans talking with her over-the-top costumes at the star-studded party. Last year, she and Kaulitz, 35, went all out while dressed up as E.T.
The Project Runway star told Fallon, 50, that she “loved” the look, though admitted it came with its challenges. “It was so heavy, holding that head on my head,” she said of the costume. “I thought my neck was gonna snap off.”
