Zendaya‘s onscreen little sister, Storm Reid, would like to be a part of her upcoming wedding!
While speaking to People magazine during the NAMI Mental Health Gala, Reid, who played Gia Bennett, the sister of Zendaya’s character, Rue Bennett, in Euphoria, expressed her excitement about Zendaya’s engagement to fellow actor Tom Holland. During the May 8 interview, Reid said she wasn’t sure when her former castmate and Holland plan to wed. She said, however, that she hopes to be a member of the wedding party.
“But hopefully, like, I would love to be the flower girl or something,” said Reid during the People magazine interview. “Whenever it happens, I’m so happy for her, and I’ll be there to support.”
Reid, who said she recently talked to Zendaya, also complimented the Dune actress’s authenticity.
“She is the most consistent person I know. She is Z, she’s always going to be Z. I’m just happy for all of the amazing things that are happening in her life,” said the Last of Us star.
Zendaya’s longtime stylist and friend, Law Roach, briefly discussed her upcoming nuptials in a May 2025 interview with Complex, as reported by Buzzfeed. He said he isn’t currently brainstorming about creating her wedding look as she is busy with her career.
“Zendaya is working on six movies; she has like six movies coming out. I’m thinking about the press tours!” said Roach.
Roach also said that fans will likely never see Zendaya’s wedding dress, as she and Holland intend to be private about their ceremony.
“It will probably be a wedding dress that no one will ever see, to be quite honest, because she and Tom are super private about their relationship. They try to be as private as possible, so like, there won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, pictures of the wedding,” said Roach in the interview. “The people that she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy. So it’ll be a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see.”
During an October 2024 interview on the Naked Beauty podcast, Roach spoke about his and Zendaya’s loyalty to each other.
“Even as a young girl, she has always advocated me to be in every room. Every room,” said Roach during the interview.
Roach also said he views Zendaya as his younger sister and has made an effort to protect her.
