Dylan Sprouse’s new haircut is having a moment in the spotlight.
On April 8, the Dismissed star, 32, debuted a new haircut at the Fashion Trust U.S. Awards in Los Angeles, which he attended with his wife Barbara Palvin.
Sprouse stepped out with a buzz cut style that appeared to be growing out, but was still short nonetheless. The change seemed to be recent as the former Disney Channel star was last seen in February in New Orleans with long side-swept brunette locks.
Whether the dramatic hair transformation is for a new role or a personal hair rebirth is unclear. However, Sprouse did have a similar hairstyle in his film Aftermath, which was released in November 2024.

As far as fashion goes, Sprouse and Palvin looked like a match made in heaven with their coordinating all-black outfits. He wore a traditional black suit with square-toe shoes and a white button-up that he accessorized with a bolo tie. Palvin, 31, opted for an elegant strapless gown with an asymmetrical ruffled skirt. She teamed the elegant design with a black clutch and pointed-toe heels.

The couple, who met in 2017 and wed in July 2023, showed off their style recently in a Spring 2025 campaign for Express that was actually photograhed by Sprouse’s brother Cole. While Sprouse admitted that posing for a fashion shoot isn’t his forte (he told PEOPLE in February that his wife helped him out with a few “pointers”) Palvin said it’s always exciting to work with her “great, handsome” hubby.

Whether they’re working on projects together or doing their own thing, the pair do their best to show up for each other.
Palvin has attended many of Sprouse’s premieres while he has shown up for her modeling gigs front row and center (he famously hyped her up during the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show while holding cardboard cutouts of their pooch Piggy Cow and cat Klaus Von Sprouse).
The couple (and pet parents) told PEOPLE that making sure to carve out time for each whenever they can is really what keeps their marriage strong. “We have this rule that we’re not supposed to be away from each other longer than two, three weeks,” Palvin revealed at the time.
