DWTS Star Shares Family Update: ‘We Want to Have More’ originally appeared on Parade.
A former professional dancer from Dancing with the Stars opened up about her desire to expand her family. Lindsay Arnold has two girls, Sage and June, with her husband, Sam Cusick. She confirmed in a new interview that she does not feel like she is done having children quite yet.
During an appearance on The Squeeze podcast with Tay Lautner and Taylor Lautner, Arnold addressed questions she has received about her decision to get breast augmentation while still wanting more kids.
Arnold had the procedure done in January, and documented it all for Dancing with the Stars fans on social media.
On The Squeeze, Arnold explained that her desire to get breast augmentation had been on her mind for a long time. She noted, “I always was the person that said, ‘Once I’m done having kids, I would like to get a breast augmentation.’ Like, that was always my plan.”
She noted, “I didn’t always know I was going to do it now, but I always knew I wanted to do it.”

“I always thought that it was something you had to do after you were done [having children]. I thought that you literally couldn’t do it. I was like, ‘Oh, will they even do it if I’m going to have more kids?'”
Arnold came to learn that “all the things have shifted,” and now “it’s totally okay to do it and then get pregnant again.”
She stated, “We’re not done having kids, we want to have more.”
Rather than continue to wait to get the breast augmentation procedure, Arnold explained, “It kind of got to a point where I was like, why am I waiting?”
As for her desire to have more children, Arnold said, “We definitely want one more. So after that [to be determined], we’ll see what happens, but for sure one more.”
Arnold also answered the big question regarding whether she would ever return to Dancing with the Stars. She never formally retired, but she did step away from being a show pro to focus on her family.
On the podcast, Arnold said, “I feel like I could never say never…So who knows, who knows truly. But as of right now, no.”
She added, “No, I’m not doing next season. But am I saying that I would never come back? No, I’m also not saying that either. So it really is just like, it’s got to feel right. And it just doesn’t at the moment.”
