In a set of new Instagram pics, the “Genie in a Bottle” songstress posed in a beachy sunset photoshoot that her fans believe might be indicative of her next “era.”

The photos show Aguilera, 44, wearing a plunging silk mini dress in a vibrant shade of ocean blue. Her bleach-blonde hair appeared to be blowing in the wind for the dreamy snaps, while the color of her dress brought out the blue in her eyes.

Taken in front of a gorgeous sunset over the water, the photos were captioned, “chasing sunsets 💙🩵” on Aguilera’s Instagram post, leaving her fans to wonder if the beachy pics and the blue ocean tones were a hint at what the singer’s visuals for her next album might look like.
The Burlesque actress also changed her profile picture on Instagram to a close-up of her face from one of the new pics, further indicating that a new era of music might be on the horizon.
