Four years after filming Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Tripin Morocco, another reality television star has come forward to reveal that she fell ill on the trip — and she’s still sick.
While chatting with Jeff Lewis on his SiriusXM radio show, Vicki Gunvalson said that she also got a parasite while filming the show, not unlike Brandi Glanville.
“You know, Brandi is in a lot of pain,” Gunvalson, 63, said. “We all got sick when we went to Morocco.”
“I am doing colonics now,” she shared, later adding that she undergoes the procedures three times per week. “My stomach’s bloated, I don’t feel good. I feel tired. I feel lethargic,” she continued, adding that she doesn’t “go poop.” During one of her colonics, Gunvalson was told that she was “loaded” with parasites.
Gunvalson said that she’s doing what she can to get rid of the suspected parasites, including taking two doses of Ivermectin every month.
“It’s not killing it. I think this parasite likes to be in me,” she said.
Gunvalson and Glanville were both on the same season of RHUGT, which never ended up airing. Glanville has been very candid about the illness that she suffered after returning home from Morocco.
“I’ve had days of looking normal, not weeks. I wish. But it comes and goes. Over the weekend, it was only swollen on the right side of my face, so I looked like I had a really big meatball in the right side of my cheek,” Glanville said on PageSix’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast in December 2024.

“The pain is more mental than anything, because I have been hiding and going through a deep, deep depression. Even if I could work now, at this point, I couldn’t. So it’s just been a really rough two years for me,” she added.
