Among the first to comment was Horan himself. “Excited to be back! #TeamNiall.”

Horan’s fans may have even been more excited.

“THE BEST COACH EVER IS BACK😭,” wrote another, while another chimed in with, “Niall and Snoop together is gonna be amazing.”

This will be McEntire’s fourth season on the singing competition show. She joined the team as a rookie coach on Season 24 in 2023 along with fellow current coach Horan, and those who have since left the show—Gwen Stefani and John Legend.

McEntire has become a fixture on NBC. She’s also the star and executive producer of the sitcom Happy’s Place, which was renewed for Season 2 in February.
