One step closer to going red carpet official?
Leonardo DiCaprio and his girlfriend Vittoria Cerettiattended the Met Gala on May 5 but the two managed to stay completely out of the spotlight by skipping the red carpet.
The secret appearance marked the actor’s first time — ever — at the annual fashion event. On May 7, Vogue shared a picture of the duo on social media. In the snap, DiCaprio, 50, put his hand over his face in an apparent effort to hide from the cameras while Ceretti, 26, appeared to be engaged with someone who wasn’t pictured.
“When it comes to fashion, Leonardo DiCaprio’s on-screen looks are the stuff of legend. Fitting then that for the 2025 #MetGala—the actor’s first ever!—DiCaprio didn’t hold back. The star, joined by his supermodel girlfriend Vittoria Ceretti, wore a sleek tuxedo—just the thing to complement the night’s ‘Tailored For You’ dress code,” the outlet captioned its post.

“She’s gorgeous,” one person wrote.
“Wait…he was there..?” someone else asked.
Although the two managed to skip the hustle and bustle of the busy night, it seems to be a big step in their super private relationship. The Departed actor and the Italian model have been romantically linked since 2023, but have yet to make an official public appearance together.
The paparazzi has photographed them together over the years, but the two have chosen to keep their romance out of the public eye to the best of their respective abilities.
