A star from the iconic television series The Brady Bunch has a new project in development, and fans are eager to check it out. Eve Plumb, who portrayed Jan Brady, announced the news via social media and noted she was “So excited.”
On August 8, People shared the details on Plumb’s next big move. She is publishing a memoir, and it will debut in April 2026.
Plumb’s book is titled Happiness Included: Jan Brady and Beyond, and it will include lots of stories from behind the scenes during the time that Plumb and her co-stars filmed The Brady Bunch.
Plumb’s announcement on Instagram sparked a flurry of congratulatory responses.

The book synopsis from the publisher, Kensington Books, describes the book as an “engaging, intimate memoir.” In addition to stories about The Brady Bunch, Plumb shares private photos and tidbits from her “colorful and impressively versatile Hollywood career.”
The announcement of the book quickly propelled the title to become the number one release in the “Television Dramas” category on Amazon. The book is available for preorder from Amazon and other booksellers.
Plumb starred on The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974. She told People, “Over the years, many people have asked me to share my stories for their book. But I finally said to myself, if I’m going to share my stories, it’s going to be in MY book.”
She added, “I had a unique childhood that I would like to share now because looking back, it gives me joy.”
