Jelly Roll, Tim McGraw Headlining Star-Studded One-Night-Only Event originally appeared on Parade.
Jelly Roll, Tim McGraw, Brothers Osborne, Dan + Shay and more country artists have been added to the biennial Stand Up to Cancer special, which is being hosted by Sheryl Crow (who is also performing).
The special announced Wednesday, August 6, that there will be live performances from Jonas Brothers, Noah Cyrus, Gavin DeGraw, Marcus King, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Jelly Roll, Dan + Shay and CeCe Winans with the Nashville Community Gospel Choir.
Pre-taped segments have been recorded by Kevin Bacon, Jamie Foxx, McGraw, Zoe Saldaña, Keith Urban, and Reese Witherspoon, while Crow will also perform live, as well as serve as emcee alongside remarks by SU2C co-founder and renowned journalist Katie Couric.

SU2C also tapped Nashville legend Dolly Parton to film a tune-in spot for the campaign to raise awareness of the telecast:
“Hey there, this is Dolly, coming to you straight from Nashville. Join us Friday, August 15, for one night only and for one goal only — to beat cancer. So stand up with all of us and let’s save lives together. If we join forces, we can end cancer forever,” says Parton in the campaign.
This year’s telecast is the first time the special has been broadcast from Nashville.
“The telecast will feature powerful stories from survivors whose lives were transformed by research that was made possible through donor support. Viewers will also hear from SU2C-funded researchers about recent breakthroughs in early detection and cancer treatment, along with the growing potential of AI to accelerate progress in the field,” the organization announced.

Stand Up To Cancer 2025 airs live Friday, August 15 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on 30 participating media platforms across the country, including ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC, who are donating primetime slots to support SU2C. Additionally, many on-demand digital and streaming platforms will air the one-night-only event, including Prime Video, AMC+, Disney+, Fubo, HBO Max, Hulu, Paramount+, Peacock, PlutoTV, Tubi and YouTubeTV.
