Meghan Markle shared a special treat after her 44th birthday on August 4th earlier this week. The Duchess of Sussex shared a rare photo of her private birthday party to her Instagram account on Tuesday from a small dinner celebration.
Meghan appears to have dined out with her husband, Prince Harry, and a few friends. Per the caption, the group went to Funke, a new pasta restaurant in Beverly Hills from Chef Evan Funke. Meghan loved the meal so much that she described in the caption as one of the “top five meals” of her life. She also wrote, “Blowing out the candles on a beautiful 24 hours, and thanking my husband, friends and family for making it so special.”
Earlier this week, the Duchess kicked off her birthday celebrations with a new 2024 vintage of her As Ever rosé wine, which she initially released earlier this summer amid a restock of her other As Ever products, such as the jams, the flower sprinkles, the crepe baking mix, all of which promptly sold out again. A Napa Valley sparkling wine is also said to be in the works.
The news follows the discussion about the fate of Harry and Meghan’s partnership with Netflix, which is also a passive partner in the As Ever product range. Town & Country has heard that negotiations are currently underway over a new deal for when the current one expires in September. A second season of With Love, Meghan is still slated to premiere this fall on Netflix.
