Hailey Bieber and Justin Bieber have been largely minding their business for the past few weeks, but that hasn’t stopped everyone from reading into literally everything they share on Instagram. And amid Justin dropping multiple cryptic posts in a row about “transactional relationships” and the meaning of love, fans noticed that Hailey made a subtle caption change.
The Rhode founder initially dropped these pics with the caption “lemon drop martinis and therapy all summer long.”
She then changed the caption to what you see here ^, “lemon drop martinis all summer long.” Why? Truly no idea, but potentially because so many people were reading into the therapy mention? Either way, the caption change comes amid a source telling The Sun (take this with a grain of salt!) that things are at their “breaking point” between Justin and Hailey, and that tension is at an “an all-time high” due to Justin being being “obsessed with being the dominant figure in their relationship.”
The source adds that that Hailey’s success (reminder: she just sold Rhode) “feels like a blow to his ego” and that “he cannot stand the idea of being the ‘number two’ in their relationship now.”
Meanwhile, Justin has been busy on Instagram this past week, and posted a very cryptic musing on love and loyalty, saying “‘LOYALTY’ is manipulative language. Loyalty is duty, it’s an obligation. THATS NOT FREE WILL. Love is NOT a duty. LOVE IS A DELIGHT. Please stop using loyalty to keep people around you out of your own fear its hurting us. Mafia members use loyalty to keep people in their gangs. Lets not perpetuate this manipulative language. LOVE OVER LOYALTY FOREVER.”
