While Nicole Scherzinger doesn’t watch reality TV, she happened to work closely with a Bravo star!

During a May 13 interview on Andy Cohen‘s radio show, Andy Cohen Live, Scherzinger confirmed that Zack Wickham, of The Valley fame, was her assistant. She explained that she hired Wickham because he was her sister, Keala Scherzinger’s “best friend growing up in Kentucky.”

“When he moved to LA, he needed a job, and he was my assistant for many years. And also like a little brother,” said Scherzinger to Cohen.

She also said that he “was a great” assistant and complimented his intelligence.

“Zack is actually very intelligent. And he thinks fast and on his feet,” said Scherzinger.

Scherzinger also shared that Wickham has longed to be a reality television star for quite some time.

“That’s all he talked about 24/7,” said the singer.

She also said while she does not “watch reality TV,” she is thrilled that Wickham is a Bravo star.

“When I heard that it happened, I was over the moon for him,” said Scherzinger.

In addition, Scherzinger said she hopes fans of the show will see “the good sides” of Wickham.

“He’s very funny. And he’s full of life. And he’s got a great effervescent energy,” said Scherzinger during the interview.

Wickham was promoted to a full-time cast member on The Valley for its second season, which premiered in April 2025. While speaking to Decider in May 2025, Wickham said he was happy to have a bigger role on the Bravo series.

“I felt like I was a full-time cast member last season anyway. I was super happy — it is basically a validation that what you did mattered. Or had an impact. And I just felt really good that okay, I guess I resonated with people. And I mean, I think I definitely deserved that spot,” said Wickham to the publication.

He also said he’s glad fans can see his dynamic with his boyfriend, Benji, in The Valley Season 2.
