Breakup rumors have been following Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet.
He missed her 28th birthday this week.
They are navigating a long distance relationship.
Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have not been seen together in some time, with the Call Me By Your Name star missing the influencer’s 28th birthday this past week. But a source speaking to People says that the couple is solid and they’re simply being kept apart by Chalamet’s shooting schedule in Budapest for Dune: Messiah.
“They haven’t seen each other for a few weeks only because Timothée’s been filming Dune in a studio in Budapest, and Kylie’s been working too,” the source explained. “She visited him in July.”
They added, “But even though Kylie has a private jet, the flight is still 12 hours. She’s a mom and she works as well. She has a lot of responsibilities in LA. Timothée’s schedule is grueling, with very little downtime. They’re making it work though. They FaceTime most days. They miss each other and are totally fine.”
A second source shared that Chalamet will head from Budapest to Jordan and Abu Dhabi to continue filming for the hotly anticipated sequel based on the novel by Frank Herbert.
The couple did manage to spend some time together when Jenner was in Italy for the massive wedding of Lauren Sánchez and Jeff Bezos last month. At the time, Chalamet was supposed to begin filming in Prague shortly after. They met together in France for a few days.
“They hadn’t seen each other since before the wedding, so Kylie was really excited when he arrived in France,” an insider shared, adding that “they’re used to this kind of schedule.”
The source said that Jenner plans to “fly to see him when she can,” and that they are “still very happy and just making it work.”
“He knows the next few months will be exhausting, so he’s taking a moment to just relax and reset,” the source added.
