Jesse Lally has found love again with his girlfriend, Lacy Nicole.
The Valley star made his relationship with Nicole public in April 2024, and they’ve since attended several star-studded events together. While Lally works on-screen, Nicole is a philanthropist who runs a foundation and hosts a podcast.
Their relationship is his first time publicly dating someone since his separation from his estranged wife and The Valley costar, Michelle Saniei. The former couple married in 2018 and announced their divorce in March 2024 after they welcomed their daughter Isabella in 2020.
Despite walking red carpets at events together, Lally has chosen not to feature Nicole on The Valley.
In April 2025, the reality star told PEOPLE that Nicole and his daughter have a good relationship. He added, of his girlfriend, “She’s an incredible influence on my daughter, which is one of the reasons I introduced her to my daughter, the only other person who’s ever met her, because she’s such a stable, sophisticated woman.”

Nicole is a philanthropist who’s on the board of several charities and even started her own foundation.
Shame to Sparkle is her organization dedicated to normalizing “discussion and advocacy for those suffering from trauma/ PTSD,” according to the foundation’s website.
“Being a victim of a crime, a trauma, abuse, or any event that inflicts PTSD should not be a life sentence,” part of the foundation’s mission statement reads. “Unfortunately, it is for most & together we can change the trajectory.”
Nicole, who describes herself as a “survivor & childhood trauma expert,” also hosted a podcast named after her foundation where she interviewed trauma survivors, authors, entrepreneurs and relationship experts.
When Nicole is not focusing on her own foundation, she’s serving as a board member for the Children’s Oncology Support Fund and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She frequently speaks about both of the organizations on podcasts and during press appearances.
Nicole is also an advocate for people with autoimmune diseases and frequently posts videos about her struggles with “invisible diseases,” including endometriosis, on her Instagram.

“I’m super happy right now,” he said. “We’ve been great friends. She’s just a very amazing person and she’s, like, a beautiful soul.”
Lally called the relationship “grounding” and added that Nicole “definitely grounds me for sure because she doesn’t let me get away with anything, which is nice.”
“It’s just new,” he said at the time. “No labels, no nothing. It’s just fun to spend time with somebody again.”
Nicole hasn’t appeared on The Valley yet

Before filming began, Lally decided that Nicole wouldn’t be appearing on season 2 of The Valley.
“We had just started a new relationship [when filming began]. It’s hard enough going through a divorce in private, [we’re] going through a divorce on television, talking about Michelle and I,” Lally told Entertainment Tonight in April 2025. “For the health of Isabella, we talked about it, and she’s meeting a woman for the first time that is not her mother, and just for the sake of Isabella … we just decided it probably wasn’t best.”
Lally and Saniei’s contentious divorce is a feature of the second season of The Valley, which premiered on April 15. The former couple have been shown getting into heated arguments over co-parenting, custody agreements and each other’s new significant others.
Even though Nicole isn’t filming the Bravo show, Lally frequently talks about her during the episodes and refers to her as his “friend in Orange County.”
