This year’s awards show, celebrating the best of the Broadway season, will be hosted by Grammy winner Cynthia Erivo, who just released her new album, “I Forgive You,” and is set to star in “Wicked: For Good.”
“I am so proud and excited to take on this glorious honor,” Erivo said in a press release. “I am looking forward to ushering the theater community at large through a night that celebrates the wonderful performances we have witnessed throughout the year. I hope I can rise to the occasion.”
