Watch Rachel Reilly Push Hard to Keep Her Closest Ally in Sneak Peek of Tonight’s Episode (Exclusive) originally appeared on Parade.
Ever since Rachel Reilly walked down the stairs of the Big Brother 27 house, she’s been a focal point of the season. The three-time player has drawn eyes for both her fashion sense and her penchant for conflict, getting into it with first evictee Zae Frederich and, more recently, Keanu Soto. She also locked in with Amy Bingham on the first night, and spent the first week building a series of alliances to help save her from eviction. And, in an exclusive sneak peek of tonight’s episode, she’s putting in the work to make it happen again.

The scene starts off with a meeting between four members of the “Heavy Hitters” alliance that formed in the first week: Rachel, HoH Jimmy Heagerty, Morgan Pope and Zach Cornell. After a week of powers wreaking havoc on the house, Jimmy put up Amy and Cliffton “Will” Williams up against Adrian Rocha for eviction. As Rachel dramatically saunters into the HoH room, decked out in black, she feels the writing is on the wall as to who’s primed to go. And she’s not happy.
“I’m dressed for a funeral,” she says about her outfit. “Because I know you guys are gonna be burying my friend.”
Despite the fatalistic language, Rachel has not given up trying to sway the hearts and minds of the house. Indeed, she and Jimmy spend most of the clip pitching as to why Adrian should go should he not win the “BB Blockbuster” competition tonight. The way Rachel sees it, getting rid of Adrian would not only be booting a competition threat, but also a guaranteed vote for house outsider Keanu.
Morgan and Zach, however, don’t seem to be biting as much as Rachel would like. As the gamer outlines in the Diary Room, while the former winner wants to keep Amy, she wants to keep Will, and Zach wants to keep Adrian. As the final nominees are still up in the air, it seems the “Heavy Hitters” are liable to split their votes, depending on who winds up sitting on the block.

“Do I want to send Rachel’s closest ally out of the house? 1000%,” Zach says in his own DR. “Do I want to be the one to tell her that? Absolutely not.”
For what it’s worth, Rachel seemingly can tell her pleas are falling on mostly Deaf ears. But, in a closing confessional, she speaks to how dangerous it truly is to be playing with a former houseguest, especially someone who has already won the game before.
“Who do these rookies think they are?” she asks. “If I want Amy to stay, she’s gonna stay. Everyone here needs to realize, if that’s what’s best for me, that’s what’s best for them. You do not want to go to war with me. Trust me.”
Who will win the “BB Blockbuster”? Will Rachel indeed get her way and be able to save Amy? And, if not, what war could be brewing on the horizon? Check out tonight’s live eviction episode of Big Brother 27 at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
