While leaving the $1,135-per-night hotel with a female companion, Usher seemed unimpressed when no staff member opened the door for him.

In the clip that surfaced online, the “Hey Daddy” singer can be seen holding the door for his guest, but briefly gestures for a doorman to hold the door for him too while seemingly telling them how to do their job.

Fans were quick to react, with many criticizing the artist for what they deemed entitled behavior. Social media users labeled the moment “rude” and questioned his attitude toward the hotel staff.

As reported by the Daily Mail, the reactions to the viral video of Usher’s hotel exit have been pouring in on TikTok, with varying opinions.

Critics of the singer accused him of being “disrespectful,” with one user commenting, “He is rude, the least he could have done would have been to open the door for the woman accompanying him or ask the employee to do so.”
