Tim Tebow and Demi-Leigh Tebow are celebrating one full month with their baby daughter!
The former NFL player, 37, and his wife shared a few new photos of their baby daughter Daphne in a joint post on Instagram as they took a moment to reflect on her first month of life. The family of three could be seen posing at home in the sweet photos, cuddling with baby Daphne and holding her hand.
“One month of Daphne 💕,” they wrote in their joint caption. “31 days of hearing your little voice and learning what each sound means. 4 weeks of feeling your heartbeat in my arms, instead of waiting to hear it at the next appointment.”
“A month of celebrating every ounce you gain and every smile you give. I’m praying with you now, not just for you. Holding your little feet instead of feeling your little kicks,” she continued. “I constantly find myself in awe — I could watch and stare at you all day. One month of you and already, I can’t imagine life without you! Thank you Jesus for the blessing of YOU.”

Tim and Demi-Leigh welcomed their first baby together on July 6, announcing the exciting news in an Instagram post the following day. The couple also shared some of the first photos of them holding their baby girl in the hospital.
“Our daughter is here! We couldn’t be more grateful for the blessing and gift of this new little life,” the joint post began.
“We’re so grateful to the whole medical team that assisted us in the best way possible during my labor and delivery,” the couple continued. “From our doctor to our nurses and all the hospital staff — we are so grateful and thankful for you.”
The new parents then thanked their friend, Hannah Janoe, for “perfectly” capturing their first moments with their daughter on camera.
“Thank you to everyone who’s been praying with us over her arrival. We are so incredibly thankful for all of the love and support we’ve felt,” the post concluded, adding that the couple “can’t wait to share her name” soon.
A day later, the couple announced that their daughter’s name is Daphne Reign with a second post on Instagram. Demi-Leigh shared that they were influenced by some very important people in their lives when they decided on Daphne’s name.
“Daphne is a name that’s been close to my heart since I was a little girl. I never got to meet my mom’s mother, but her sister, Daphne, stepped in as a grandma figure to me,” the new mom wrote alongside a collection of photos.
“She was so special to my mom and I — a tiny, kind and strong South African woman who always had shortbread in the house, was the epitome of grit and grace, loved Jesus, had the voice of an angel and made everyone feel seen and special.”
“I used to tell my mom, ‘I want to be just like Ouma Daphne one day,’ ” Demi-Leigh continued. “I’ve loved this name since I was a little girl and for as long as I can remember I always said that if I ever get blessed with a daughter, I’ll name her Daphne. Shortly after Tim and I got married, I shared that desire with him, and thankfully he loved the name just as much as I did!”
