Las Vegas is taking center stage as some of the world’s biggest musicians turn Sin City into their home away from home.
To celebrate, the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas created a special cocktail menu inspired by the artists performing in the city. At the resort’s PRESS Bar and Lounge, the “Summer of Sound” menu features a rotating list of thoughtfully-curated drinks that pay homage to stars like Beyoncé and Backstreet Boys.
Lexi Panis, the hotel’s beverage manager and mixologist, says she hopes each cocktail captures the spirit of the artist’s energy, style and signature sound.
To mark Beyoncé’s closing nights of her Cowboy Carter tour on July 25 and 26, Panis created the “This Ain’t Texas” — a drink that is bold, confident and Southern-inspired, she says.
“We were thinking, ‘What are Southern flavors and what’s country?’” Panis tells PEOPLE. “Black tea syrup, smoked peach bitters, lemon and Sir Davis Tennessee whiskey. That feels like Beyoncé’.” To elevate the presentation with a bit of Vegas spectacle, a sprig of rosemary is set on fire and charred to add a smokey, inviting scent.
“It’s smoking and it’s invoking all of your senses because you smell it first,” she says. “It’s a great picture, but it’s getting you excited for the first sip.”

Backstreet Boys and the ‘Larger than Life’ cocktail
The Backstreet Boys’ residency at the MSG Sphere takes fans on an out-of-this-world adventure through their catalog — and Panis hopes their drink has a taste of that fun.
The bubbly “Larger than Life” cocktail is a nostalgic nod to the boyband’s Millennium album, featuring a rim dipped in glittering sugar. The drink embraces the band’s “bright and funky flair” with sparkling pink grapefruit, lemon and simple syrup.
The “Sky Full of Stars” cocktail inspired by Coldplay features a blend of vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon, simple syrup and club soda — with a hint of shimmer. The drink embodies the elated atmosphere of watching the band play live, says Panis.

Not surprising, the Shakira-inspired “Hips Don’t Lie” cocktail is full of energy and heat, with a mix of tequila, jalapeño, ginger and lime.

Other artists who received the cocktail treatment at the Four Seasons include Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” (a spicy tequila-based libation), The Weeknd’s “After Hours” (incorporating coffee to channel the nocturnal vibe of his show) and Kenny Chesney’s “No Shoes, No Problem” (a beachy mix of coconut rum, pineapple juice and mint).
“We get to celebrate all of these wonderful artists that are here and we’re lucky enough to spend time with our guests before and after the concert,” Panis says.
