At the Cannes Film Festival, we come for the movies and stay for the fashion.
The Cannes red carpet is always one of the biggest displays of designer style each year, and it’s brought us some of the most memorable celebrity looks, from Madonna’s Jean Paul Gaultier cone bra and Natalie Portman’s petaled gown to Rihanna’s creamy Dior dress and Yseult’s modern reimagining of “The New Look.”
Of course, while the stars often walk the red carpet solo, sometimes they use their stop at the glamorous Croisette as a date-night opportunity.
