Queen Camilla is arguably one of the more polarizing figures in the British royal family, but her latest fashion moment is garnering praise online.
The royal planted the final poppies in an installation at the Tower of London this week to mark 80 years since the end of World War II, and wore a bright red dress with a black cape placed over her shoulders at the event.

A blue and red scarf peeked out from under her collar, and she completed the ensemble with sensible black pumps, but fans couldn’t get enough of the gloves she wore for the occasion.

The black leather gloves were decorated with red poppy embellishments at the top of her hands, with delicate stems snaking down her fingers.

The royal family’s official Instagram account shared photos of the event, and fans flocked to the comments to give their opinions on her outfit.
“Love the Queen’s glove,” said one fan as others agreed, writing, “Her Majesty The Queen looks stunning!”
“Love these displays of poppies… Her majesty looks super in red,” said a third. Another was on the same page, commenting, “She looks good in this red with the black wrap and gloves. Sweet picture.”
“Red really suits Queen Camilla and she’s striking with all the poppies around her,” said one adoring fan.
