Singer Taylor Swift just sent all of her fans into a tailspin as she made the big reveal that her upcoming 12th album is coming soon and it’s called The Life of a Showgirl.
But amid all of the crazy excitement about the announcement, the singer subtly teased fans with some Easter eggs in a new playlist on Spotify, including what could likely be the first official lyrics from the album.
Swift’s Spotify account shared a new playlist featuring one of the official new logos in green and orange, but it was the title that really intrigued fans, as it was called, “And, baby, that’s show business for you ❤️🔥.” The playlist was shared with fans on Spotify billboards in New York City and Nashville, adding to the significance.

As fans have never heard this phrase from the singer before, and it perfectly fits the new theming, many felt like it had to be a tease for The Life of a Showgirl.
The playlist also had a peculiar combination of Swift’s songs, with 22 songs that she worked on with both Max Martin and Shellback. A few hits included were “Blank Space,” “I Did Something Bad,” “Shake It Off” and “Style.”

Fans were floored by the Easter eggs in the playlist, with comments on one post about it like, “POP TAYLOR YOU’RE BACK,” “TAY POP PRINCESS,” and “Might as well already give her the #1 spot for the next year.”
“Hold on bc if the album is all produced by max martin we might be about to eat the meal of all time…” said another, while a different fan highlighted the possible significance of the number of songs on the playlist as they wrote, “22 TRACKS WITH OLD TAYLOR SOUND? WE ARE SO BACK.”
