“Carry-On” and “The Life List” star Sofia Carson is set to host Netflix’s Tudum 2025 event, which will feature the casts of “Stranger Things,” “Wednesday,” “Frankenstein,” “Happy Gilmore 2” and more of the streamer’s popular TV shows and movies.

While Netflix’s Tudum has been an annual event since 2020, this Tudum marks the first time the live event — which this year will take place at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles — will also air live on Netflix as a special. Previous iterations of Tudum have live-streamed on YouTube.

The format for the show is described by Netflix’s vice president of series marketing for the US and Canada, Shelly Gillyard, as a combination of “fanfare, variety show, comedic, music, live performances, talent, appearances.” “We’re really trying to expand this to feel more like big performance and segments that are going to be entertaining for members around the world,” Gillyard told Variety.

Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday on Ticketmaster and range in price from $25 to $75. The show will be streamed live on Netflix May 31 at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET from the Kia Forum in Los Angeles.

Per Netflix, the current lineup of casts of TV shows and movies who will be in attendance include:

FRANKENSTEIN: Oscar Isaac, Mia Goth, Guillermo Del Toro

HAPPY GILMORE 2: Christopher McDonald, Julie Bowen, Kid Cudi

SQUID GAME: Director Hwang Dong-hyuk, Lee Jung-Jae, Lee Byung-hun, Park Sung-hoon, Kang Ae-sim, Choi Seung-hyun,

STRANGER THINGS: Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Noah Schnapp, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin

WEDNESDAY: Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzmán, Joanna Lumley, Fred Armisen, Isaac Ordonez

ONE PIECE: Iñaki Godoy, Mackenyu, Emily Rudd, Jacob Romero, Taz Skylar

THE RIP: Ben Affleck, Matt Damon, Teyana Taylor, Steven Yeun, Catalina Sandino Moreno

OUTER BANKS: Chase Stokes, Madison Bailey, Carlacia Grant, Jonathan Daviss, Drew Starkey

EMILY IN PARIS: Lilly Collins

LOVE IS BLIND: Vanessa Lachey

GINNY & GEORGIA: Antonia Gentry, Brianne Howey, Sarah Waisglass, Felix Mallard

MY LIFE WITH THE WALTER BOYS: Noah Lalonde, Nikki Rodriguez, Ashby Gentry,

The show will also feature stars from “America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders,” WWE and
more “surprise” guests, including a musical guest that Netflix will reveal Thursday.

For those who attend the show in person at the Kia Forum, Gillyard says ticketholders can expect a “highly interactive experience featuring our seven biggest titles.” “Throughout the venue, fans will be able to participate in photo ops and experience the sheer excitement of seeing the talent that they love from the titles they love to watch,” Gillyard said.

Carson has many credits at Netflix, including her starring roles in “Purple Hearts,” which she executive produced and co-wrote the soundtrack for, hit film “Carry-On,” Netflix’s second most watched film of all time, “Feel the Beat,” and most recently, “The Life List.” She will next be seen in “My Oxford Year,” coming later this year on Netflix.

“The unique aspect of this is that it is streamed live versus our previous Tudum’s that have been in person events that have been hugely successful and hugely beloved by fans — but this time hundreds of millions around the world can witness this live on Netflix,” Carson told Variety. “And that’s just beautiful. It just makes the absolute most sense, because the Netflix platform is where we all unite as an entire world to watch our most beloved films and TV shows. So for all of us to be able to do that, to watch this live event together in unison in hundreds of countries around the world, is such a beautiful celebration of the power of Netflix and the power of the fandom that it’s created.”
