Fans of the popular crime drama S.W.A.T.are anxiously counting down the days until the series finale, lamenting the loss of the fan-favorite show.
Show star Shemar Mooreshared a new update including photos from one of the final episodes airing on May 9, writing, “See you TOMORROW #SWATFAM!!!! 9pm on @cbstv 👊🏽💪🏽🔥 …. Then next FRIDAY for our DOUBLE episode finale!!!!”

In the photos, Moore, as his character Hondo, appeared to be investigating a case, asking questions at a bar and a tattoo shop. Fellow cast member Jay Harrington was also in the upcoming scenes.

Fans were hyped up about the sneak peek but equally sad about the impending finale, with one writing in the comments, “I’m excited to see the next episodes! Very sad it’s almost over.”
“I’m so sad to see this ending, this has been my favourite thing to watch when I’m down. So no new hondo is gonna be slowly killing me,” read a similar reply.
A third said, “so excited… this show CAN NOT end 😭 #saveswat !!!!”
Many more pleaded for the show to continue while raving about Moore and S.W.A.T., such as one who said, “Can’t wait sooo bittersweet though as swat is coming to an end but gotta remain hopeful #SEASONNINE #SAVESWAT.”
