Sabrina Carpenter’s latest ensemble was less espresso, more bloody mary.
For a park day in Los Angeles earlier this week, the “Please Please Please” singer wore a fit that was like a stylish spin on Red Riding Hood’s uniform. Except that instead of a big bad wolf, Carpenter chose a cuddly companion, and instead of a wicker basket, she chose a highly sought-after It bag in brown—which just so happens to be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year.
The Grammy winner was seen enjoying the sunny day in a vermillion knit minidress, which she paired with a set of nude kitten heels with woven straps.
On her shoulder, Carpenter carried the Loewe Puzzle Featherlight bag in the pecan tone, which is fitting, given that the beloved Puzzle bag is celebrating its 10th anniversary this season.
Originally designed by Loewe’s former creative director, Jonathan Anderson, the bag made its debut in the Spring 2015 season, and it is crafted to look like origami, with its geometrical, patchwork construction lending the accessory its name.

In addition to touting a bit of fashion history on her shoulder, Carpenter was also seen carrying what appeared to be a new Golden Retriever puppy. Already, she is mother to two dogs—Louis and Goodwin—and it appears her family just got a little bit bigger.
This month, Carpenter is enjoying some downtime before she takes her Short n’ Sweet Tour to London in July. But it’s clear that her off-duty style won’t be taking any breaks.
