Ryan Seacrest is always in demand, but he prioritizes his health and fitness despite his busy schedule.
The Wheel of Fortune host, 50, gave fans a peek into his workout while on vacation by sharing content of his routine on Instagram. Ryan’s post didn’t feature a typical workout, as he performed weighted strength-training exercises in the nearshore part of the ocean.
“My summer resistance training — the sea resists me and it’s winning,” the American Idol host captioned the Monday, August 11 post. “Thanks to my coach @doddromero for your creativity and commitment!”
It was clear that the rigorous workout wasn’t new to Ryan, as he completed the moves with impressive form. In the video, the radio host performed lateral raises, front raises, squat to overhead press, underwater walking lunges and a static lunge to tricep kickback.

If there was one thing that caught fans’ attention more than Ryan’s physical strength, it was his choice of swimtrunks as he rocked short cheetah print shorts.
“That’s why u look so hot in a well-fitted suit,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the post.
A second person added, “You’re working hard. It shows.”
Ryan inspired his followers to get active, with a lot of his fans thanking him for being a positive inspiration.
“I want to try this [four fire emojis],” a third person wrote, leading the TV producer to reply, “It’s a great workout.”
In January 2024, Ryan told GQ that his workout routine consisted of “a lot of jumping.”
“So I’ll do weights, I’ll do cardio, and I’ll do jumping on boxes,” he told the outlet.
That December, Ryan told Entertainment Tonight that he was “over-exercising, eating better, over-training” ahead of his 50th birthday later that month. However, he made it clear that he participates in “lots of recovery, lots of muscle recovery.”
